Sympathy/Free Choice - Who is Coming?

It looks like the next date is at Tami's house. I just wanted to let you all know that I will be there and that my friend (who is also an avid stamper - Janet) will be there with a project as well.

Thank You/Congratulations Cards

This was a Cricut card created by Melanie. The owl is absolutely adorable of course and the card has Melanie's signature jewels above the "whoo! hoo!" wording. The best part about this card was that Melanie had predone all of the owls for us - what a lot of work. Melanie - you are awesome. This card was designed by Ashley. It is such an awesome color combination and the middle of the flowers are painted with this really cool frosty looking paint.
This tree card was put together by Leanna. It is so simple and adorable. This one will be used quickly, so thank goodness I already photographed it.
This card is a trifold and has hedgehogs!!! It is over-the-top adorable. This was put together by Tami.
Stephanie M. designed this one. It is very creative in concept. I love the colors and circular theme.
Jennifer put this little cutie together. Awesome color selection - reminds me of a sunflower. I guess that's the idea.
As i was doing this I was noticing trends and one of them was the bird on a branch. We have a lot of those as a club. This month was no exception and as always the bird does not diappoint. This was the design of Tina.
Stephanie D. shared this card with us. I love the flower. She also shared her amazing Cabo scrapbook. Great work!!!
This was one of Teri's projects from this session. She did keep herself under control and only did three this time. There are all kinds of adorable design elements on this one, so look close.
This is another Teri design. We didn't have too many people do congratulations ones, so it was nice to mix it up a bit. Very creative Teri.
Even if I didn't tell you, you should know this one is Melanie by the jewel in the middle of the flower. The outer flowers on this one were done with a water brush and the inner flower was chalked. Awesome card.

This was Teri's final one from this session. I have to admit that it looked a bit complicated, but it was deceptive and was actually quite easy. Nice work Teri.

Birthday Cards

All of these cards are SO cute - I am sorry to have missed this session. As I am doing this, I am realizing what a slacker I am. This first card was my creation and sent from afar. (And no, I didn't copy Teri).
I just could not get this card to photograph well. This is a Cricut card designed by Melanie. The cherry stem has her signature jewel and it reads "happy birthday with a cherry on top!"
This one looks like Cricut too. It was designed by Leanna. I love the detail of the present stamp along the right side and the torn edge. Very creative.
This card was designed by Nicole. What adorable little bees and great color choices.
This card was the hostesses: Robin. It is very elegant and I love the color choices. It could almost pass for either a guy or a girl. Love it Robin.
This sweet little card was Tami's design. The raised red cherries and pink ribbon are my favorite parts. For some reason everyone seemed to love cupcakes this session. :)
Stephanie M. designed this card. The colors are fabulous. It's so hard to design something that it both adorable and able to be given to a guy,
Another adorable little cupcake. This one also would not photograph without glare, but it reads "Sweet Birthday Wishes". This was Jennifer's card.
Wow!!! This one looks like a Cricut too, but it is so stinkin' cute. Perfect for a little boy birthday and I hear that there was a purple version as well for the little ladies. I love the jewels as well. Tina put this card together.
This card was also Tina's doing. I love the flowered ribon and whimisical look of the card. Way to go Tina!!!
Tina loves birthdays - this one was hers as well. The little elephant is just perfect. I love the coloring on this card. I am truly impressed with how different each of Tina's designs were.
This card is very versatile. Teri designed this one. I love the colors. I always appreciate a bithday card that can be given to the fellows.
No, Teri and I did not collaborate on our monkeys and if we did, she certainly one-upped me here. Three monkeys, three balloons, bananas and a tri-fold card. You have outdone yourself once again Teri.
Very girly!!! I love it. This was one of Teri's birthday designs from this session. She's so creative, maybe that is why she is our fearless leader.
This cupcake (they seemed to be the theme this year) card was so cute. I love the detail of the glitter icing. This was Teri's final design from this session.

April 16 Preview

I am really excited to host tonight. I thought that, as I am in the throws of putting this all together at the moment, I would give you a preview of the card that I have planned for y'all this evening. It is made from all recycled material (scraps from my wedding invitations) and the little bubbles are raised with something called diamond glaze.

So Cute - I Just HAD to Share

This one is not from our group, but it was just so cute and something that the rest of you may want to do some time, so I had to share. My kid's babysitter made me three of these. She just took Thayer's handprint and folded it over to say "I love you". Adorable.

Fall/Thanksgiving Cards

These are from another session that I wasn't able to attend, but I wanted to put them up here as part of this first inendation of stamping data for us. This one is so cute - I love the detail of the tiny turkey and border on the white. Another one that I missed, but the saying is just adorable.
Cricut maybe? Great combination of colors and paper on this one.
This one is just impressive - now who thought to put a stick on a card? I am truly impressed. This is taking recycling to a whole new level.

I love the colors and simplicity of this one. I also really like the look of the doubel wrapped ribbon.

Winter/Valentines Day Cards

These cards are from the Winter/Valentines Day session, which I did not actually attend. Brrrr....but so cute. A teensy weensy penguin.
I love this card. My favorite part are the raised little jewel gumdrops inside of the machine. So creative!!!

This card is so cute. Something tells me that it may have been a Teri creation, but given that i wasn't there...

Random 2010-2011 cards

These are cards that we made as part of the group, but that I can't for the life of me remember what session they were from. I love the bright colors on this card. It is so much fun.
I think that we made this card at the Halloween session, but can't remember for sure. Luckily I have been able to hold on to it so far this year - knock on wood.
This card is so cute with the little leaves in the bird's mouth. How do our creative members think of this stuff?

This card used felt to make the adorable little flower on the left. It was so cute with the lace trim too. :)

Christmas Cards

I don't have any of the Christmas cards left, because I already used them all, but here is what I have: the example that I used for my project. It is a gum holder and meant to be a mini-gift. It also can be used as a tree ornament. I wish I could say that I thought of this on my own, but I saw it at a bazaar at my church.

Spring/Easter Cards

Three bunnies on a hill! All with adorable little cotton tails!! And cut grass!!! Pretty impressive Tami.
This card was also designed by our fearless leader Teri. The little lamb is SO adorable.
My version of this card does not do it justice - it was adroable. The butterfly is lifted and when done correctly, does not block out the words. What a great card!!!
This card was designed by Teri - it used a couple of different stamp sets - only Teri could manage that. :)

This card is so adorable. I believe it was Melanie who designed it. It's hard to tell in the photograph, but the little white "buds" are acutally little mini pearls - she's so creative!!!

Halloween Cards

These are cards from our first ever Halloween themed session. They were all so fun and diverse. I used many of the cards already, so this is all that I have left at this time. :) This card is so adorable, with the little owl.
You can't have Halloween cards without a ghost. I love this card, because (although it's hard to tell in the picture) the ghost is all bumpy with awesome glitter. He must be a friendly ghost, only those kind have glitter. :0)
Again, my version of this card really does not do the card justice at all. The way you were supposed to do it was to color all of the little costumed kids, but I am a lame-o. This was Teri's design.

This card was adorable. A witch's feet. I think the technique used to do this was called embossing. It was my first time ever trying it. This card was so cute, becuase the little clasp was used to hold the flap down and you had to twirl it around to open the card. Plus, I LOVE this little witch.
